How soon should I follow up a new enquiry?
The same working day. A short reply that suggests two times to talk does more than a long one tomorrow.
How many times should I follow up a proposal?
Three times over about two weeks. Then send a friendly last note that leaves the door open, and close the lead.
How do I stop leads going cold?
Give every lead a next step with a date before the conversation ends, and write that date where you work, not in your head.
