Penny & automations

Briefs, drafts and reminders you confirm. Penny reads your inbox, calendar and tasks, writes the first draft and proposes the next step. Nothing sends without you.

Drafts for your review

Replies in your voice, from your own address. You edit, then send.

Tasks from plain English

Tell Penny what needs doing, or let her propose tasks from your email. You confirm.

Automations you switch on

A reminder before a due date, a Monday report, a task when someone replies. Penny sets it up; you approve it.

Penny proposes. You confirm.

Every action is a card you approve, edit or dismiss.

Penny works inside your workspace with your permissions and your mailbox. Email and texts are always confirm-first, every action is logged, and you can undo the last change. Set her tone, how much she drafts on her own, and what she should remember.

A few things about Penny

Never. Email and text messages are always confirm-first. For internal actions — creating a task, tagging an email — you set how far she goes: suggest, draft or do it.

Pro includes 3,000 Penny messages a month and Team 15,000. You get a warning at 80% and again at 100%, and she never stops in the middle of a task.

No. Penny works in email, text and chat. There is no voice or call handling.

Date-based runs — once, on a schedule, or a set number of days before a task is due — and event-based ones, when a reply arrives, a task changes status or a client’s status changes. Actions include a notification, a task, a drafted email or report, tagging email, and a text within the limit you set.

Yes. Formality, length, emoji, tone rules and a writing-style profile, plus notes she should remember about how you work.
